Just as the name implies, During Production Inspection (also known as DUPRO) is a type of quality control inspection which is performed while production is in progress. 

Products with continuous production often require this type of inspection. When issues have been detected during the pre-production inspection, this process serves to develop and ensure the implementation of whatever improvements have been made.

Why Should You Get A During Production Inspection?

A during production inspection has a major benefit which is ensuring that the products are finished off without any hitch or delay. 

However, it achieves this by helping you to confirm that the quality status, quality condition and adherence to the blueprint is perpetuated throughout the production process. 

Also, any complication that could cause delays are easily ascertained on time and if possible, plans for amendments are made. That way, corrections would be easier since they would not have gone far in production and going on, repetitions of the same issues can be prevented.

• Compliance to speculations

Production status: This has to be checked during the creation process in order to enhance the ratification of the production line and timeline.

• Authentication: This involves the verification of the finishing such as the packaging materials. It may also involve an arbitrary sampling of some finished products.
